Warranty Coverage

Li-View warrants forward-facing sonar poles and fishing accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship

• Structural failure under normal and intended use

• Defective components or hardware

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications

• Water damage from submersion, exposure, or improper use

• Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance

• Exposure to extreme conditions beyond intended use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer support at liviewfishing@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may require photos or an inspection of the product.

Warranty Resolution

At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective parts or the entire product. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value. This warranty does not cover shipping costs for returns or replacements.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Li-View is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.

Li-View is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the forward-facing sonar pole. By purchasing and using this product, the customer assumes all risks associated with its installation, operation, and maintenance.

Li-View disclaims any liability for:

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance.

• Damage to boats, electronics, or other equipment due to mounting, exposure, or operation.

• Accidents or injuries caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow proper usage guidelines.

• Environmental factors, including but not limited to water exposure, weather conditions, or unforeseen natural events.

• Third-party modifications or repairs, which void any warranty and release Li-View from all responsibility.

By purchasing this product, the user acknowledges and agrees that Li-View shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the forward-facing sonar pole.
